Valve Cover getting Rad

Image
Thanks to my friend Luis Gonzalez for 1 creating my hybrid valve cover. and 2 finally welding on my A/N fittings. So yesterday was my day off so I felt like driving around. Was going to drop my valve cover off with Luis and pick it up sometime next week but Luis was like "I can do it under an hour" like a boss. I went down to Baker Performance in Signal Hill to pick up 3 more -8 aluminum weld on fittings. I left with this shit.  Turns out they were also HARD anodized so Luis had to waste time cleaning the fittings off to weld them onto my valve cover and catch can. Good thing I don't need A/N anything put on for a while. Here are some close ups of the welds.  Legit right, we agreed at 70 bucks for the work since it was under an hour and he has to clean those dumb ass fittings. I always feel like I should pay Luis more but he charges what he charges and that's why I bring him work. Not to mention he's local.  I also saw that he had another Porsche A

I should've bought the PBM intake that has a hump, but my power steering reservoir is currently in the OEM position. So my intake is now erect like a boner! LOL Once I install my aftermarket P/S reservoir that shouldn't be an issue any longer.  Check out this love slave massochist intake that came with my SR when I bought it. If it ain't broke don't fix it they say. But if it's not doing it's job, it's time to fix it. I think that's about 50 dollars of t-bolt clamps and 60 dollars worth of couplers haha. More ballin than an HKS or APEXi super suction kit. Good job Luke!

Enjoy the little things

Installed my HKS radiator cap. I wanted to hold off until I got my new radiator setup, but why not!

Cool Story Bro

installed this Noticed temps semi cooler by 5 degree's celcius, but I'm sure I'll notice it a bit more once the hood latch bar is removed from the upper core support.

Hello, I have noticed this page has been getting a bit of traffic, sorry to depress you but the black/red, and silver/white combo still hasn't been released, nor is there any word of getting these wheels in one damned solid color or with an offset lower than +22. So they're off of my want list.  Just figured I'd throw that salt out there for you.  Wayne Will have these on deck... I'm really feeling that black/red two tone. We shall see though!
