I hate when a deal comes along so good...

You cant even convince yourself not to jump on that shit. I have a rear upper jic strut tower bar, a full jic suspension,and I find a post saying jic front tower bars for 50 bones, brand new. I had to hit it. Car feels so beast now, dunno why I gave the cusco one away, but c'mon! You can't even get a JIC bar anymore cause they don't make this shit anymore. Legit As Fuck.

So this has been the bane of my existence.My power cable that runs from my alternator to my starter just vibrated apart. Mainly because I have the arm strength of twelve vagina lips when it comes to crimping audio connectors. So it's been making contact sometimes, so this caused an alternator to burn out and it drained my battery on a few occasions. I went down the street to the local audio shop, had them make me a new one. I've been sicker than shit so just mustering up the energy to change this cable was tremendous, I got bronchitis or some shit. Doing anything minor and I couldn't breath like I just finished a triathlon. After I changed this cable the car is running a lot better now. I still have some random ass oil leak by my turbo. I'm thinking one of the oil lines broke, no predominant leaks under the car. Just weird oil mist all over the firewall, haven't determined where it's coming from.

gosh, there is a lot to write, so like my last forum update. I'm writing this dousan style. -wake up 6:30am shower, hit road by 7:30am to baker precision. -get there, they're closed until 8:30am =/ I woke up early for nothing. -get small ps cooler, 9 feet of -6 aeroquip hose. -head to jordan innovations yet again to inconvenience him. -have romantic breakfast together @ farmer boys (mad homo) -head back to lab, start dismantling car. -pop hood, stupid bolts for headlight brackets fell out, middle hood latch mount broke and was hanging out between intercooler/radiator. DOH!!! -Jeff works on the lower harness while I remove all old power steering hardlines and high pressure line. -Jeff foot hurts, he goes inside to enjoy a/c, tv, life, maybe even took a nap, hates me for waking him up. (noon) -Get hoses off, high pressure power steering line stuck at mounting bracket by a/c. -AC relocation bracket moved compressor in way, chopped hardline in 2. buh bye! -Installed

Sunday, Non-Fun day

Opposite of the fun Risky Devil have on Sundays, I had the exact opposite. To bring you up to speed... Friday consisted of me putting this on my car while my front bumper heads off to surgery. Driving to work today I lost power steering, there is still fluid in the reservoir and it seems the pump itself has possibly taken a shit. I had a bitch of a time installing that when I first put the motor back together so I'll probably end up getting a new pump. I also actually have power steering fluid in my system... It was designed for ATF, I didn't read the manual on what fluids to fill my car up because cars should not be stupid and require ATF where POWER STEERING fluid goes. But I have most likely biffed the power steering system due to this... but I guess having the power post of Dalaz_68's KA24DE alternator puncture my power steering hardline and filling the boot up with fluid and almost killing my battery didn't help things either. Quest Alternator Upgrade

I have my Cody Ace fabrication bracket ready to roll, just picked up brand new MEXICAN built quest alternator (which he was really proud of, said it makes 140 amps) and asked what I was putting it on since I don't look like a guy who owns a mini van. I said : "A Nissan 240sx He was like : "Awesome" I've been going to Jeff's too much this week, I'm going to make sure before I put this on I find a new front cover for my buddy Steve's Alternator. (I should have two spare alternators) I told him I wouldn't drill a hole in his alternator cover to mount it on my car, in the process of swapping alternator covers. Worse comes to worse, I'll buy him a new one. This happened.  Sadly breaking the casting of your aluminum front cover is not repairable without welding. And I fear we were never going to get this fucking stud out of the bearing without destroying the cover with the bearing press. So I had no choice but to drill the threads out in Ste

So with the short in my headlight wiring and water temp gauge driving me absolutely fucking nuts. The exhaust leak along with some odd rattling has been getting on my nerves because there is no visual area at all that my exhaust could possibly be leaking from. I've re torqued the studs and nuts on my turbo down-pipe just in case that was the problem. It wasn't. I got down and looked at the exhaust multiple times and none of the flanges had any sign of separation, the exhaust wouldn't rotate (which it did when the flange broke on the cat)... So I went to my buddy Double J's (Jeff Jordan) to whore his garage and got the car up in the air. Still can't find anything so I unbolted the exhaust, there has to be a hole somewhere at the top of the exhaust pipe. Sure enough. So I guess every night leaving work I go up this hill and my exhaust rubs on it. I guess it finally just broke loose. It was about 11:30pm and it was too late to clean the metal to weld it sinc

Some people- I mean most people don’t understand what sarcasm on the Internet is or they’re just straight up daft. This nonsense trickles down to the real world and you have people calling each other names or talking shit about their cars because of what they said on the Internet. The amount of “drift beef” I encounter on forums every day is just so over the top… yeah it can be funny sometimes but it seems people are seriously more interested in pissing on someone’s day rather than enjoying drifting. I probably can’t even count anymore how many exclusive events for cool guys have been made. Every one deserves their chance at having fun with drifting without the Internet pre-screening.
