The plan today was to put together my vehicle so when I drive it on the street the police don't be like.

"saaaay jack, that looks like a race car, shits missing on the insides."

after smog I was trying to get the car buffed so I can roll out to the hat tonight to show the car off. My brother said we will buff the car out tomorrow, he's trying to finish up that Lincoln at the shop (see previous blog entry). Then the shop was like bring the car out Saturday....

Saturday dood? fuck, guess I ain't driving this thing nowhere this week.

At least I should have insurance paperwork and stuff by next week so that's good.

The car will look pretty much like this after it's all buffed up.

The mirror obviously needs to get buffed too but yeah.

I got the car all together around 3-4 minus the weather stripping for the door under the mirrors since I will be unbolting the mirrors for detailing day.

Took the car out for a spin and yet again I have no balls from 2500-5000 rpm.



I seriously am contemplating to have a custom wire harness made from scratch for this piece of shit. I am so fucking sick of troubleshooting maf wiring, troubleshooting maf. This car runs fucking great, idles beautiful, no vacuum leaks, but has no fucking balls in the opening of it's power band. It is driving me godamned insane, I am so done spending money on this thing.

So I have plenty of time to fix this before it finally hits the streets next week...
